End of Semester Update

So our guys finished the semester off in true Lambda Chi fashion....WINNERS!

For those of you that don't know the guys won Greek Week outright including a first place finish in Greek Sing. Which by the way is three in a row!

The guys also took home some awards. There were other chapters listed for some of these awards, but why focus the attention elsewhere?

White Rose... enough said right? It was fun and for those of you who missed it (mentally or physically) believe me it was. The chapter handed out some awards there too.

I think it goes without saying how outstanding Big O has been for the the chapter as the High Pi. He turned over the reins to the Birdman Bryan Burds. While Big O will be missed I'm sure we are all excited to see what the future brings as well.

Spring 2010 brought some undergraduate careers to and end. As Alum please congratulate the following individuals for not only bringing a lot to Lambda Chi but for finishing out what we all came here for....Degrees!

Greek Week 2010 Update

Lambda Chi added another finish on the podium last Sunday, picking up a silver overall for Pool Night.

While final results for Greek Olympics have not been tallied yet, every indication has Zeta-Gamma finishing at the top.  While we wait for those results, here are a few pictures from today's events.

Here is the winning performance of your 2010 Greek Sing Champions. Lambda Chi came in first, Pi Kappa Phi came in second and Kappa Sigma came in third.

Brothers Feeding Others

Hey Everyone,

This week Zeta Gamma helped set up for the Big Meal Packing Event to benefit the earthquake victims in Haiti.

Nearly 107,000 meals were packed in a single day. I ask that the guys show up at 7:30am to help set up. I was impressed to see nearly the entire chapter show up on time and work enthusiastically to complete the jobs they were assigned. The staff members from the charity we were working with said "we have never seen anything like it."

Honorable mention to active member Mario Ulibarri who helped organize the nearly 600 volunteers who helped pack the meals.

Greek Week 2010 Update

Hello Brothers!

For those of you interested, the full slate of Greek Week events kicks off with Greek Sing next Saturday the 17th and ends with Greek Olympics on the 24th.The latest news and updates for all events throughout the week can be found at http://zetagammaalumni.blogspot.com

In preliminary Greek Week action, Zeta Gamma captured it's first College Bowl fraternity championship since Kevin P. Holmes led Lambda Chi Alpha to the NMSU title and a third-place finish at the regional championships at the University of Arizona in 2006. The Chops, sailed through the competition beating Sigma Chi and Kappa Sigma in the preliminary rounds to face SAE in the fraternity championship.

We will keep you posted on the rest of the events.
